Nate Johnson is an accomplished leader in the transportation and logistics industry, with nearly 30 years of expertise. His journey began as a professional driver, advancing into carrier and logistics operations and management, starting his own trucking company, overseeing professional services with the world’s largest Transportation Management System (TMS), and now spearheading GLCS, Inc., a management and technology consultancy infused with IT expertise. In addition, Nate is the host of Driving Forward Podcast, dedicated to exploring the latest transportation and logistics trends and delivering innovative solutions to the challenges faced by the industry.

Founded in 2016, GLCS launched as a management consultancy for transportation and logistics companies, and Nate soon discovered a significant need for technology experts with hands-on experience in the trucking and logistics industry. Today, GLCS supports companies in their efforts to determine the best technology for their needs, implement it, successful­ly utilize it, and support it. Most importantly, GLCS partners with clients to ensure the most effective collaboration of people and processes.
